About the RoleThis exciting opportunity will see you responsible for managing lead relationships in our CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining accurate client information. You will work closely with our sales associates, providing critical support and communication to ensure seamless internal and external collaboration.
As an Enterprise CRM Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in creating and maintaining reports on lead status, sales activities, and client communication. Your ability to provide excellent written and verbal communication skills will be essential in this position, as well as your strong organizational and time management skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Management: Manage lead relationships in CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining accurate client information.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate effectively with sales associates via various channels, fostering a collaborative environment within the organization.
- Data Analysis: Create and maintain reports on lead status, sales activities, and client communication.
- Client Support: Provide exceptional support to clients, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely manner.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a minimum of 1 year of experience in CRM, preferably in a channel partner or developer firm. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. If you have a strong understanding of CRM software and lead management processes, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude, we encourage you to apply.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and accuracy are crucial in this role, as is the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. We offer a competitive salary of ₹7,50,000 - ₹9,00,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
