Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Strategist to join our team at Konverge Technologies Pvt Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire and grow business with our enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business and grow existing accounts.

- Conduct research to identify potential new markets and customer needs.

- Manage product portfolio and pitch the right solutions to customers.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive revenue growth and new orders.

- Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

- Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives and events.

- Train and mentor team members to intensify sales efforts.

- Monitor team performance and provide coaching to ensure high productivity and annual growth.

Requirements

- At least 3 years of experience in IT Infrastructure sales or Enterprise Network Product sales.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a convincing ability to pitch solutions to customers.

- Strong team management skills to lead and motivate a high-performing team.

- Good presentation and negotiation skills to effectively communicate with clients.
