Job Title: Executive Support Specialist

 

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Support Specialist with at least 1 year of experience to join our dynamic team in the digital marketing space. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, supporting human resources and finance operations, assisting senior management, handling client communication, and contributing to social media and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office administration tasks efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and filing systems
  • Coordinate with internal departments for seamless operations
  • Assist in recruitment processes – job postings, screening, and interview scheduling
  • Support onboarding activities and ensure a smooth transition for new employees
  • Handle HR operations, including attendance, payroll coordination, and employee data management
  • Assist in basic finance tasks such as billing, invoicing, and petty cash
  • Coordinate with the finance team for payroll processing and budget tracking
  • Provide scheduling and administrative support to senior management
  • Act as a point of contact for client communication and relationship management
  • Assist in client onboarding and maintain client databases
  • Support the marketing team in social media planning and execution
