Lead Operations Partner

The Lead Operations Partner will be a key member of the organization, responsible for delivering results with integrity and building relationships of trust.

This role involves providing candid observations, taking calculated risks, and influencing others to achieve our goals. As a seasoned professional, you will have a proven track record of facilitating, valuing, and personalizing organizational culture.

You will be responsible for managing talents through hiring, retention programs, employee sensing, and rewards. Your compensation and benefits strategy will be influenced by your ability to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.

In addition, you will conduct comprehensive performance appraisals and facilitate constructive communication and career development programs. Your analytical skills will enable you to analyze HR data, generate detailed reports, and maintain key HR metrics to inform decision-making and strategic planning.

As a true business partner, you will work closely with senior leadership to ensure that business decisions consider people implications and minimize company exposure. You will also lead career discussions and High-Potential (HIPO) development programs, and organize engaging events and meetings to enhance team cohesion and contribute to a vibrant workplace environment.
