Job Description

The Unit HR Head will partner with the Unit leadership team to implement HR strategies and support units in achieving business goals.

The position holder will foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and continuous communication.

  • The Unit HR Head will implement the Continuous Performance Management System, which includes Goal Setting, Performance Reviews, and feedback mechanisms, in collaboration with the Corporate HR team.
  • They will identify high-potential employees at the Unit and ensure that such employees go through Talent Development Centre in collaboration with the Corporate HR team.
  • The Unit HR Head will collaborate with the Corporate HR team to ensure employee participation in Individual Development Plans (IDPs) at the Units to enhance overall functional and behavioral competencies of employees.
  • They will drive Recognition and Rewards programs to recognize and reward high-performing employees.
  • The Unit HR Head will lead the Talent Acquisition for the Unit, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates.
  • They will implement strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • The Unit HR Head will oversee Onboarding and integration process for new hires.
  • They will identify training needs within the Unit and ensure training programs are conducted at the Unit in collaboration with the corporate Learning and Development team.
  • The Unit HR Head will lead and mentor the unit HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

What You'll Do:

  1. Implement HR strategies with the Unit leadership team.
  2. Partner with Corporate HR team to develop talent within the Unit.
  3. Develop and execute individual development plans for employees.
  4. Oversee recruitment and retention efforts.
  5. Drive performance management and recognition programs.
  6. Lead and mentor the Unit HR team.
Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Any Graduate + MBA in HR.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in the role of HRBP.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Proven team leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative team environment.
