HR Business Partner

The role is a generalist HR position requiring experience in full cycle HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, engagement, analytics, and learning and development. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and relationship building skills and be able to work with partners to meet their talent requirements.
This is an individual role that requires strong collaborative working across the talent team. Hosting HR initiatives and public speaking would be an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Sourcing, interviewing, interview coordination with partners, offer management, and post-offer engagement.
- Talent Management: Online onboarding, documentation, conducting induction sessions, confirmation process, exit interviews, and analysis, as well as pulse and new joiner feedback.
- Manage Internship Process
- Engagement: Conceptualize, plan, and execute engagement programs based on the employee engagement calendar.
- L&D: Conduct HR/talent process sessions, conceptualize and plan soft skills programs.
- HR Projects: Willingness to take on HR projects in any talent focus area and plan and execute.
- HR Analytics/Dashboards: Ability to create dashboards/HR analytics of tasks executed and send reports to management.
Qualifications:
- Candidates should have a good and consistent academic record.
- An MBA (HR) full-time degree from a reputable college/university would be preferred.
