Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting business units by aligning HR practices with operational needs.
  • They will coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • As the first point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances, they will provide excellent customer service and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • The HR Business Partner will assist managers with performance management cycle, providing guidance and support to ensure employees meet their goals and objectives.
  • Additionally, they will maintain HR dashboards to monitor key people metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • A minimum of 3-7 years of experience in a generalist or HRBP support role is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is necessary.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport across levels are essential.
