Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Manager to lead our HRIS and Governance efforts.

The Role

This is a critical leadership position that requires a strategic thinker with expertise in HR information systems and governance.

About the Position

This role involves providing technical leadership and guidance to our HR teams to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of our HRIS systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable HRIS solutions across multiple modules.
  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks for configuration changes.
  • Manage security design and access controls to meet compliance standards.
  • Oversee change processes across production, sandbox, and implementation tenants.
  • Create and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics for leadership insights.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
