Senior HR Business Partner

As a key member of our organization, the Human Resources Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources management. This includes recruitment, attendance management, and leave administration.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: source, select, and hire top talent to fill various positions within the company.
- Attendance Management: monitor employee attendance, manage absences, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Leave Administration: administer employee leave requests, including vacation time, sick leave, and other types of leave.
- Payroll Management: oversee payroll processing, ensure accuracy, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Statutory Compliance: maintain compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- SPOC for Govt inspection and audit: serve as the primary point of contact for government inspections and audits.
- HR Legal Compliance: ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Employee Relations: manage employee relationships, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment.
- Workforce Administration: manage employee data, including personnel records, benefits, and other HR-related information.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
