About the Role:

The Human Resources Business Partner plays a strategic and hands-on role in building and delivering people strategies that fuel the company's hyper-growth.

This role partners closely with key stakeholders to support a high-performance culture, manage complex employee relations, and shape key HR programs like performance, retention, rewards, and engagement.

  • Drive critical human resource metrics such as retention, engagement; cost for a fast-paced business.
  • Engage and work with key internal and external partners in a matrixed relationship for C&B, Staffing, HRSS, and the business.
  • Operate independently to ensure employee satisfaction and development of the team.
  • Responsible for HR operations, Employee Relations, and Business HR teams.
Key Responsibilities:

The Human Resources Business Partner will drive the following key responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies to support business growth and objectives.
  2. Provide expert advice on HR-related matters to senior leaders and employees.
  3. Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
  4. Identify and mitigate potential risks related to employee relations, compliance, and regulatory issues.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop insights to inform business decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
