Job Title: Support Associate

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic professional to provide exceptional support to our students. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond promptly and effectively to student inquiries through various channels.
  2. Provide accurate information about courses, policies, and procedures.
  3. Proactively reach out to students to understand and address their concerns.
  4. Monitor and evaluate student feedback and ratings to identify areas for improvement in the support process.
  5. Address and resolve student complaints and concerns efficiently.
  6. Stay up-to-date with course offerings, updates, and promotions.
  7. Collaborate closely with the product team to address gaps based on student feedback.
  8. Provide regular updates to students about the status of their inquiries or issues.
  9. Manage workload and prioritize tasks to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and response times.
  10. Keep accurate records of student interactions, issues, and resolutions.
  11. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  12. Ensure adherence to company policies, guidelines, and industry regulations.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Docs and customer support software.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good understanding of management practices and techniques.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field (undergraduates can also apply).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
