We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Placement Manager to spearhead our institution's recruitment efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for forging strong relationships with employers, industry professionals, and alumni to create meaningful employment opportunities for students.
The ideal candidate should possess 5+ years of experience in educational background or a related field. A Postgraduate degree in any field is highly desirable. Candidates with qualifications from reputable institutions will have a significant advantage.
The Regional Placement Manager will identify and target key IT companies with strong brand recognition and reputation. They will develop strategies to engage with these companies and promote the benefits of recruiting students from our institution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with employers, industry professionals, and alumni;
- Identify and target key IT companies;
- Develop strategies to engage with key IT companies;
- Coordinate meetings and presentations with company representatives;
- Collaborate with faculty and alumni to leverage connections and referrals;
- Organize employer visits, guest lectures, and industry-specific events;
- Coordinate job fairs, on-campus recruitment drives, and internship programs;
- Stay updated on industry trends and job market demands;
- Collect feedback from employers and students.
