Sales and Marketing Trainee

The Sales and Marketing Trainee will be responsible for supporting our sales team with prospecting, lead generation, and customer follow-up activities. This role requires a dynamic and motivated individual who can effectively communicate with customers and prospects.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month, along with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement and commuter assistance.
About the Job- Assist the sales team with prospecting and lead generation activities, including cold calling, site visits, emailing, and social media outreach.
- Schedule and attend sales meetings, events, and presentations with customers and prospects.
- Support the sales team with preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather information, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service.
- Document and track all customer interactions and sales activities in the company CRM system.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical engineering, Marketing or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in the elevator or construction industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This is a full-time position that requires working day shifts and weekend availability. The ability to commute or relocate to Surat, Gujarat is required. A diploma and 1 year of work experience are also mandatory for this role.
