Branch Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Branch Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our branch offices. This role is crucial in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service, and our business strategies are effectively implemented.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management, with experience in overseeing daily branch operations, managing staff, and implementing business strategies. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively coordinate with headquarters on key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily branch operations and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage staff and implement business strategies.
  • Coordinate with headquarters on key initiatives and report on branch performance.
  • Plan and administer day-to-day operations in line with client requirements.
  • Carry out surprise audits to ensure adherence to laid down processes.
  • Maintain hassle-free operations by administering requirements for available resources.
  • Prepare crew rosters as per route dispatch times.
  • Adhere to all-risk mitigation procedures to avoid cash loss during operations.
  • Dispatch routes from Branch/Vault Office timely.
  • Follow up with Vault Officer/Bank Officials on cash issuance for ATM replenishment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
