Branch Operations Manager

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Branch Operations Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our branch. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional who can drive business growth and maintain excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives, ensuring seamless integration of all functions and services at the branch.
  • Operational Efficiency: Implement systems and processes to optimize operational efficiency, monitor performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Crisis Management: Effectively manage crisis situations, maintaining a calm and composed demeanor in high-pressure situations.

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting open communication and constructive feedback.
  • Performance Management: Appraise team members, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve performance and achieve goals.

Financial Management:

  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare annual budgets and forecasts, monitoring fund flow and controlling expenses to ensure financial stability.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze market and performance data to inform business decisions, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.

Competencies:

  • Strategic Thinking: Demonstrate ability to think critically and strategically, developing innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and government bodies, fostering a culture of collaboration and effective communication.

Requirements:

10-15 years of experience in the trade, with 5-7 years as a branch head in a reputable organization. MBA in Marketing or Finance is desirable.
