Sr. Branch Manager – Retail Banking

Leadership Role in Mumbai Based Bank

  • A highly experienced professional is required to lead our retail banking operations in Mumbai.

We are looking for a seasoned Branch Manager to take charge of our retail banking operations in Mumbai and drive business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Branch Managers/Cluster Managers to achieve desired targets and ensuring high quality portfolio management as per company norms and process.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the area in terms of sales, branch operations, and administration.
  2. Build a high-quality portfolio for the area.
  3. Responsible to achieve targeted results for the branches in the area.
  4. Track and ensure repayments of the loan disbursed in the area.
  5. Maintain manage & deliver branch productivity for branch.
  6. Responsible for sufficient manpower in every branch to achieve desired results.
  7. Hand holding team of Branch Managers/Cluster Managers to achieve desired targets.
  8. Field Visit with branch team members to handhold in sourcing & collection.
  9. Responsible for sales team to high performance and be a team player.
  10. To Build and Nurture team & enable them to achieve high performance.
  11. Ensuring 100% compliance to policies & processes and all regulatory matters of RBI and other statutory bodies.
  12. Responsible for training team members on product & handhold.
Requirements:
  • Number of years of experience (5-15 Years )
  • Type of companies/sector worked for(Private commercial banks and large Bank)
  • Responsibilities managed in the previous organizations(Primarily Sales & Collection function. Past experience on the sales & Collectionside in Housing Finance /Loan against property/Business Loan)
  • Languages (Hindi/English)
  • Computer/technical skills (Handy with Basic Microsoft office)
Qualifications:
  • Graduation: (Any Stream)
  • Post-graduation: (MBA Preferred)
  • Professional Qualifications: Graduate & Above
