Human Resources Leader

This is a leadership position within the human resources function where you will oversee various responsibilities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, Factory Act provisions and company policies.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance productivity and morale.
- Address employee grievances through structured procedures.
- Maintain harmonious employee relations.
- Partner with functional heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Lead onboarding, training and capability-building programs.
- Drive performance management processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records.
- Oversee plant administration including transport, travel, office management and facility management.
- Act as a strategic partner in plant operations.
- Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to implement HR policies and best practices.
- Supervise security services and CSR activities.
