
Client Business Development Representative

Our company is seeking a seasoned Account Manager to lead our client relationships and drive business growth.
Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular meetings and engagement. Key responsibilities include:
- Client Relationship Management: Building trust with clients and managing all stakeholders associated with the account internally as well as externally.
- Market Research: Collecting intelligence on clients, their market, competitors, and industry to inform strategic decisions.
- Account Management: Smooth and timely delivery of all requirements to clients and manages client satisfaction.
- Delivery Management: Requirement gathering, summarizing, clarifying queries, timely submission, and follow-up on closure.
- Track Contract signing, Agreement receipt, and overdue collections etc.
- Submit Periodic Report: Submit weekly reports and dashboard on overdue payments and collection.
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
- A proven track record of success as an Account Manager in the domestic domain, with at least 4+ years of experience.
- In-depth knowledge of IT Services or SAAS Product Delivery Account Management and Digital Marketing client management.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Business acumen, with a problem-solving attitude and the ability to think outside the box.
- Presentation Skills Competencies and Integrity.
- Agile nature and a customer-centric approach.
