- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools for tracking, managing and following up with the prospects.

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Actively prospect and qualify potential leads through various channels.
- Engage in effective communication with prospective clients to understand their needs and present relevant solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for business expansion.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
- Utilise CRM software and other tools to track, manage, and report on lead generation activities.
- Meet and exceed set targets for lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide valuable feedback to the product and marketing teams based on client interactions.
