Job Title: Business Development Representative

Job Description:

Sales Support and Client Engagement: Our team is seeking a dynamic individual to assist in identifying and prospecting potential clients within the translation and localization market. This will involve supporting the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and pricing strategies.

Market Research: Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitor activities. Provide actionable insights to improve sales approaches and identify new growth opportunities.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners. Participate in client meetings, calls, and industry events to gain practical experience.

Sales Process Execution: Learn and assist in executing the complete sales cycle from lead generation through deal closure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as project managers and linguists to ensure excellent client satisfaction.

Training and Development: Attend workshops, training sessions, and mentorship programs to develop skills in sales, negotiation, and industry knowledge. Prepare reports and share insights with senior leadership as part of continuous learning.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
  • Strong interest in sales and the translation/localization industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
