
Business Development Specialist

This is a dynamic role that requires the ability to develop and maintain relationships with various constituents in a bank branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting sales targets, maintaining accurate records of referrals, adhering to agreed-upon timelines, and approaching new customers on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:- Maintain a strong network of relationships with bank staff, constituents, and other stakeholders.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through effective lead generation and cross-selling insurance solutions.
- Ensure timely follow-up with leads and adherence to agreed-upon timelines.
- Achieve business milestones, including AFYP/Blended premium and number of cases.
- Develop and implement effective reward and recognition programs for bank staff.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have a strong understanding of life insurance concepts and product introductions.
- Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
