Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Jabalpur. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships to drive growth and revenue for Phoenix Group.

Qualifications

  • Strong business development and sales skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in the agriculture or poultry industry is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
