IT Infrastructure Technical Support Specialist

Our company is looking for a highly skilled IT support specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing level 2 technical support to our customers, troubleshooting issues, and performing in-depth analysis of recurring problems.
- Provide advanced technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform root cause analysis to identify the source of the problem.
- Work closely with internal teams, including engineering and infrastructure teams, to resolve issues and implement solutions.
- Document and maintain knowledge base articles and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in IT support or equivalent technical role.
- Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix, Windows Server, and cloud environments.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Shell, and PowerShell.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, and AppDynamics.
- Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, and Load Balancers.
