Technical Infrastructure Support Specialist

The Role
You will be part of a dynamic team that provides exceptional technical assistance, enabling clients to achieve their desired business outcomes. As Technical Support, you'll perform varying degrees of problem determination and resolution of desktop hardware and software issues using your technical expertise and available resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing and repairing complex equipment, software, and systems with ease.
- Responding to escalated issues, reporting critical design flaws, reliability and maintenance problems, and bugs.
- Providing world-class support that exceeds customer expectations.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- 10-12 years of IT infrastructure experience.
- L3 SME with Linux/Unix/Wintel Administrator on minimum 2-3 core infrastructure technologies.
- Industry certifications in relevant domains.
- Hyperscaler Certifications (Azure / AWS /GCP) minimum one certification.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
