About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development and sales, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, social outreach, and other lead-generation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new/existing business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, social outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Use LinkedIn to post content, follow target ICPs, comment, and engage with prospects to build brand presence and pipeline.
- Qualify leads and convert them into active opportunities.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand needs and schedule relevant meetings.
- Handle all follow-up communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams to set up new clients and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Prepare, review, and send outreach communication to garner leads.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in the CRM system.
- Nurture existing leads through consistent communication and relationship-building.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Comfortable using CRM tools and other sales software.
- Ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
