Job Description:

Mancer Consulting Services seeks an experienced Director of Vendor Management to lead our professional services and consulting categories. In this role, you will develop and execute strategic sourcing and category management initiatives that drive business value and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
• Manage competitive bid processes, including RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, to secure favorable contractual arrangements.
• Lead the development and execution of a strategic supplier management process, targeting deep relationships with top-tier IT suppliers focused on governance and quality standards.
• Collaborate with managed service providers to optimize supplier performance and ensure compliance with audit and financial governance requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 17+ years of end-to-end procurement experience with 5+ years leading professional services & consulting categories in an Indian service sector setting.
• 5+ years working with MSPs and VMSs in a large corporate, global environment.
• Strong analytical skills, fact-based decision making, and ability to leverage market data and spend analytics to deliver sourcing recommendations to stakeholders.
• Experience with Source-to-Pay/ERP tools and knowledge of procurement/finance systems.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Industry-recognized certifications like CIPS/CPSM/equivalent are preferred.
