Job Summary

The Strategic Operations Manager - Financial Insights will act as a key partner to the Executive Management team at Softcell Technologies Global Pvt. Ltd., focusing on enhancing efficiency through automation, AI, and financial data insights.

This role is ideal for a tech-savvy professional skilled in implementing advanced analytics, developing dashboards, and performing financial analysis to support high-level decision-making.

The successful candidate will help streamline processes, improve data visibility across departments, and deliver actionable insights aligned with Softcell's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Automation & Process Improvement
    • Drive the adoption of automation tools and AI-driven platforms to improve workflow efficiency, streamline report generation, and simplify routine tasks.
    • Identify and implement technology solutions to optimise executive time management, automate repetitive processes, and enhance cross-departmental collaboration.
    • Evaluate and integrate emerging tools to maximise productivity across the Executive Office through advanced automation and AI capabilities.
  • Data Analytics & Dashboard Management
    • Design and maintain executive dashboards to provide real-time insights into key performance indicators (KPIs), project progress, and financial metrics.
    • Utilise analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to create data visualisations, trend analyses, and custom reports that inform executive decision-making.
    • Conduct in-depth data analyses on industry trends, business performance, and operational metrics, presenting findings through automated dashboards and executive summaries.
  • Financial Analysis & Strategic Insights
    • Collaborate with finance to oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, delivering insights that guide strategic financial decisions.
    • Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support executive planning, revenue growth initiatives, and cost optimisation efforts.
    • Prepare quarterly and annual financial summaries, offering the Executive Management team a clear overview of fiscal health and investment opportunities.
  • Project & Strategic Management
    • Oversight cross-functional projects, focusing on data-driven tracking of milestones and automated reporting to ensure timely execution.
    • Use data analytics to assess project impact and identify improvement opportunities, aligning outcomes with Softcell's strategic goals.
    • Coordinate with department heads to ensure alignment with executive priorities, supporting initiatives with real-time data insights.
  • Cross-Departmental Communication & Alignment
    • Act as a key liaison between the Executive team and various departments, using dashboards and automation to streamline updates and enhance transparency.
    • Facilitate executive meetings, prepare AI-supported agendas, and manage follow-up actions through task-tracking tools and automated reminders.
    • Buil.d and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, utilising data-driven insights to represent the Executive Management team with accuracy and professionalism.


Qualifications & Experience:

We seek an experienced Strategic Operations Manager - Financial Insights with a strong background in finance, data analytics, AI, and automation. Key qualifications include:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a Master's in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a strategic or analytical role, with a focus on finance, data analytics, AI, and automation.
  • Proficiency in AI productivity tools, automation platforms, and advanced analytics.
  • Familiarity with project management software and dashboard development is essential.
  • A solid background in financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling to support data-driven decision-making.
