Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage the supply-side sales team with a focus on onboarding CAT A builders and developers.
  2. Develop and execute effective sales strategies targeting metro cities like Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi NCR, Chennai, and Hyderabad.
  3. Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate industry.
  4. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges in onboarding.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Sales, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Proven track record with at least 5 years of successful experience in onboarding CAT A builders and developers.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyse market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
Salary Range

Rs. 40-60 Lacs per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience). We offer a competitive salary, benefits package, and opportunities for growth and development.
