Sales Leader

- Lead and manage the supply-side sales team with a focus on onboarding CAT A builders and developers.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies targeting metro cities like Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi NCR, Chennai, and Hyderabad.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate industry.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges in onboarding.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Sales, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven track record with at least 5 years of successful experience in onboarding CAT A builders and developers.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyse market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
Rs. 40-60 Lacs per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience). We offer a competitive salary, benefits package, and opportunities for growth and development.
