Job Description

The Senior Sales Team Leader will play a crucial role in leading a high-performing sales team, overseeing the entire sales process, and building strong relationships with key clients and developers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Recruit, hire, and onboard a talented sales team, providing ongoing training and coaching to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Set clear performance goals and track progress regularly, motivating and inspiring the team to achieve sales targets.
  • Cultivate relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients, understanding their needs and preferences to offer tailored solutions.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • MBA with specialization in Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in residential real estate sales, preferably in Bangalore.
  • In-depth knowledge of Bangalore's real estate market, including property trends, pricing, and regulations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
