We are looking for an exceptional leader to head our Secondary Sales division. As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for driving growth through effective sales strategies and leading a high-performing telesales and sales team.

Job Overview:

  • Achieve aggressive sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Build processes and manage a high-performing team to optimize sales efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to get leads and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.
  • Report sales numbers and insights to top management on a weekly and monthly basis.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or MBA in a related field is desired, or a Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  • Availability to travel as needed.
