Sales Business Development Leader

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Business Development Leader to spearhead our sales efforts in Bengaluru, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of business development, leadership skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the entire Sales department, managing the overall Business Development process of sales.
- In-depth sales knowledge of Accops solutions and products.
- Establish relationships with global, national, and local management consulting firms.
- Train and mentor new joiners.
- Set up a team of high-performing individuals and hone their sales skills.
- Respond strategically in customer settings, listen to, and determine the client's business needs.
- Led and collaborate with pre-sales efforts to define technical solutions, assist with Statements of Work, and deliver proposals.
- Demonstrate sales presentation skills.
- Open to traveling for business.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in sales business development, preferably in the IT industry.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills, including team management and training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of IT services, particularly virtualization domain.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies, such as cloud computing and network security.
- Experience working with enterprise-level sales teams.
