The Independent Hotels Team is responsible for overseeing supply for independent hotels across India, with a current presence of over 70,000 hotels on our platforms.
About the Role- Lead high-level meetings with hotel executives to drive engagement and optimize account performance within designated territories.
- Collaborate with portfolio partners to provide expert insights, analyze metrics, and offer strategic recommendations based on industry best practices.
- Travel extensively to meet key decision-makers and expand the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Relationship and Account Management:- Develop strong relationships with C-level hotel executives.
- Work closely with portfolio partners to achieve mutual goals.
- Conduct regular travel to ensure effective collaboration and growth.
- Review monthly production reports to inform business decisions.
- Provide market insights and analyses to support hotel growth initiatives.
- Ensure continuous work on inventory availability and price competitiveness throughout the year.
- Establish strong networks and negotiate deals with hotel partners.
- Strategize marketing efforts to improve hotel visibility.
- Onboard hotels for targeted campaigns to drive revenue growth.
- Inspire team members to achieve individual and team growth targets.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and execute promotions and pricing strategies.
- Provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance.
Qualifications and Experience:
Hold a master's degree from a reputable institution and have at least 46 years of experience in Sales, Travel Trade, or Key Account Management, including team leadership experience. Proven ability to handle multiple accounts/partners. Strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
