South Asia Hotel Marketing Specialist

The key objective of this role is to enhance a cluster of hotels within a country through innovative social media content creation and strong partnerships.
Main Responsibilities:- Create memorable in-hotel experiences that maximize engagement opportunities across social media platforms, thereby increasing visibility for the hotels as vibrant community hubs.
- Develop and participate in training programs for the field team and regularly engage with hotel teams on digital and in-person platforms, ensuring access to educational resources.
- Work collaboratively with the Group's internal social media app to gather generated content, engage with the field team community, and schedule hotel editorial calendars.
- Support the development of an annual social media, PR, and content activation plan for icon hotels aligned with Unit goals.
This highly collaborative role requires working closely with various departments, including on-property marketing teams or agencies, to manage social media accounts, community engagement, and publishing. The ideal candidate will have an established network of local influencers, tastemakers, and journalists in the country, along with experience using tools for social media management.
