We are a dynamic and innovative company seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our team in Hyderabad. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving business growth by generating high-quality leads and building relationships with prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Utilize industry-leading tools such as Sales Navigator and Apollo to identify and engage with potential customers.
- Conduct thorough research on prospects and initiate contact through phone calls, emails, and virtual or in-person meetings.
- Collaborate with sales managers to schedule meetings with qualified prospects and build lasting relationships.
- Develop and deliver tailored sales presentations to potential new business accounts.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional activities that drive business growth.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients across diverse industries, including BFSI, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Automotive, Electronics, Medical, and Consumer Goods.
- Effectively use CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) to manage your pipeline, track progress, and ensure accurate data capture.
- 3-4 years of experience in B2B lead generation, outreach, or business development within IT products and solutions.
- Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated success with CRM tools and experience with prospecting.
- A self-starter with a startup mindset: proactive, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
