About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our finance transition projects from across the globe to India.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of finance process transitions (P2P, O2C, R2R).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive seamless project execution and stakeholder communication.
  • Promote continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization and implementing best practices.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members within the consultancy division.

Requirements:
  1. A minimum of 15 years of experience in managing finance transition projects from a global perspective.
  2. Proven track record of success in finance process transitions - R2R, P2P, O2C or FP&A.
  3. Strong understanding of global finance operations and offshoring best practices.
  4. PMP Certification is mandatory.
