Job Title: Financial Transition Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced financial transition program manager to join our global team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the financial transition methodology and be able to effectively manage programs from start to finish.

About the Role:

The financial transition program manager will be responsible for delivering financial transition programs on time, within budget, and to specification. This includes improving the effectiveness of project teams through the application of professionally accepted program and project management methods, techniques, tools, and training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering financial transition programs that meet client expectations and drive business results
  • Providing expertise in specific areas of transition project management to ensure the most efficient transfer of finance in support of the Global Finance Services Organization strategy and operating model rollout
  • Supporting transition project managers on transitioning financial processes from global locations to GBS location
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or technology
  • Minimum 3-5 years of progressive job-related experience in GBS Transition Project Management and supporting Transition Project Managers to run the project efficiently
  • Experience creating detailed work plans within MSProject software including duration-based activities, resource forecasts, and scope
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including team leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and analytical and organizational skills
