Senior Transition Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Transition Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality transition projects. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing entire transition projects or significant workstreams on complex projects.

  • You will oversee the project lifecycle, from pre-sales to delivery and closure, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  • With your expertise, you will develop and implement commercial models, manage financials, and ensure effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Your leadership skills will guide and motivate your team to achieve common goals, while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 15-20 years of experience in Project Management, specifically in Transition & Transformation.
  • Excellent understanding of our methodology (the T&T Framework) and ability to adhere to it.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Project and other relevant tools.
