About ANSR ANSR is a market leader in enabling organizations to build manage and scale global teams through Global Capability Centers GCCs We provide full life-cycle services including GCC design set up and enabling operations For over 18 years companies cutting across size industry and markets have relied on ANSR s expertise to successfully build global business and technology teams Since its inception ANSR has established over 90 GCCs Our experience spans across industries including retail CPG banking insurance travel transportation and healthcare We operate in supply-rich locations like India Central and Eastern Europe South America Canada and Southeast Asia POSITION DETAILS Position Title Sr Manager Transition Transformation Function People Shared Services JOB PURPOSE The is a pivotal role responsible for transition and transformation roadmap and the delivery of key strategic projects This position is key to streamlining and simplifying processes for the business driving significant business impact through seamlessly handling large scale and complex projects and digital solutions JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES Define the Transformation Transition strategy and roadmap for the team in India This includes creation of centers of excellence for process re-engineering automation digital solutions and transition offshoring practice Create and implement the E2E transition strategy by consolidating inputs from cross functional teams and conducting thorough due diligence business case development operating design knowledge capture and knowledge transfer plans Ownership of the Resource Capacity Model by effective forecasting planning and prioritizing based on the roadmap and actively assessing impact Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes by all stakeholders Define and ensure alignment with overall project governance and reporting standards Implement internal and external governance strategies risks issues communication compliance controllership knowledge management people reporting to ensure a zero surprise environment throughout the project cycle Lead in process improvement project management or technology development and testing across multiple teams and or divisions Analyse and expose ambiguous complex issues or non-standard issues identify risks root causes and propose future actions tracking through to resolution Assessing productivity processes related data to identify innovations and or automation opportunities Supporting users in developing automation solutions to deliver process improvements and eliminate manual processes Assessing and conducting market research for solutions to keep relevant and up to date and drive the digital strategy and process transformation initiatives Strong collaborator with key relationships technology partners transformation partners within the business operations and external ecosystem Provide leadership across the operations organisations to implement and mature agile ways of working JOB FACTORS REQUIREMENTS Qualifications Bachelors degree in business administration Management or a related field Preferred Masters degree or MBA Professional Certifications Include any specific Certifications needed to do the job Click or tap here to enter text Experience Clarify the minimum years of total work experience and other relevant work experience required to be able to perform the job 15 experience with minimum 8 years in digital consulting or project management including exposure to at least one digital deployment or transformation project in Retail Extensive project management and active transitions experience within BPO Captive Shared Services Center environment Expertise delivering products projects or technology applications Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle design and data analytics Strong experience with Design Thinking Ideation Human Capital OD -
