Project Management Role

As a seasoned project manager, you will oversee entire transition projects or significant workstreams within large and complex transitions. Reporting to programme managers, directors, or customer executives, your responsibilities may also include leading exits of managed services.

Your scope will range from pre-sales (leading, scoping, estimating, and designing the project or ensuring the solution) through delivery and into closure. You will need to understand and work with commercial models, manage finances, and provide effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieving profitability and customer satisfaction on projects through astute commercial management
  • Developing, building, and maintaining strong relationships internally and externally to achieve project objectives
  • Producing management reports using relevant tools to provide up-to-date information on project progress
  • Coordinating and planning resource requirements to ensure project outcome deadlines are met
Requirements:
  • 9-14 years of experience in project management throughout the lifecycle in transition & transformation
  • Prince2 Practitioner qualification or equivalent
  • ISEB or APM qualified
  • Experience working in a project team on at least 2 projects
  • Knowledge of initiation, change management, risk management, and principles of running projects
