Job Description:

As a key player in our organization's strategic initiatives, you will be responsible for leading and supporting projects that focus on people transitions. This includes mergers, acquisitions, and organizational restructuring. You will work closely with leadership, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure smooth and efficient transitions.

Key responsibilities include project leadership & coordination, stakeholder management, risk & issue management, process optimization, and change management & employee experience.

  • Project Leadership & Coordination: Lead cross-functional HR projects related to people transition, creating detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure all project milestones are met.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with senior leadership and key stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives, timelines, and expected outcomes.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks, bottlenecks, or challenges related to HR deliverables during mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, focus on HR functions in M&A, divestiture, or corporate restructuring environments will be an added advantage
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, employee relations, organizational development, and change management strategies.
  • Project Management Expertise: Certification in Project Management (PMP, Prince2, etc.) is preferred.
