  • Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-making.
  • Success Metrics: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas and goals.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Time Management: Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
