We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at NetAmbit. As a key member of our sales division, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our network of merchants and retailers across India.

Your Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will develop strategies to acquire new merchants and retailers, generating leads and closing deals. You will also manage a team of direct sales professionals, coaching and mentoring them to achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing promotional strategies to increase market penetration and visibility
  • Sourcing and acquiring new merchants and retailers from various segments
  • Managing a team of direct sales professionals and providing guidance on acquisition and relationship management
  • Achieving sales targets and contributing to the company's growth
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant sales experience, preferably in B2C or B2B sales
  • Extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, with the ability to coach others
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  • Leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
