Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at Bent Chair. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding our client base, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients in the home furnishing and hospitality sectors.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients by delivering superior products and services.
- Business Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and foster relationships in commercial spaces, hotels, resorts, and high-end residential projects.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify target markets, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Sales Targets & Performance: Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring the company's growth and revenue objectives are met.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of client orders, delivery timelines, and service.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client management within the home furnishing, hospitality, or interior design sectors.
- Strong understanding of the home furnishing industry and/or hospitality sales, including market trends and customer needs.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
