Job Title: Compliance Officer

This is a Compliance Officer position that requires strong regulatory knowledge and administrative support skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing inward and outward correspondences, tracking and escalating SEBI communications, maintaining PO/DD lists, monitoring FIU Alerts, and organizing PML compliances.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage inward and outward SEBI correspondences.
  2. Track and escalate SEBI communications.
  3. Maintain PO/DD lists of members.
  4. Monitor FIU Alerts and disseminate FIU Guidelines to members as needed.
  5. Organize and manage PML compliances.
  6. Provide administrative support and assistance in high-impact compliance initiatives.
  7. Handle documentation of correspondence between Exchange and the SEBI.
  8. Manage custody of agreements/undertakings.
  9. Draft Board Agendas.
  10. Provide administrative support and assistance to the CCO.
Requirements:
  • Post Graduate degree from a reputed institution.
  • 6-8 years of relevant work experience.
  • Adequate regulatory function knowledge.
  • Administrative support skills.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Exchange ecosystem and operations.
  • Ability to grasp and interpret compliance & regulatory knowledge.
  • MS Excel and MS Power Point skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Process-driven approach.
  • High degree of integrity.
  • Responsiveness.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
