Job Title: Regulatory Compliance Specialist

A key managerial role responsible for ensuring operational compliance with regulatory frameworks.

The position involves overseeing the implementation of governance and risk management practices, monitoring adherence to regulatory requirements, and ensuring robust compliance frameworks.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to maintain regulatory integrity and safeguard investor interests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all provisions of relevant regulations, including timely submission of periodic reports.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls to align with regulatory guidelines.
  • Conduct regular compliance reviews and audits to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Act as a key point of contact for regulatory bodies, facilitating inspections, inquiries, and submission of required reports and disclosures.
  • Monitor and report on regulatory changes, ensuring timely adaptation of processes.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of accurate and timely regulatory filings.

Experience: 7+ years in a related field.
