Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Compliance Specialist to monitor and enforce domestic compliance policies and regulations across all operations in India.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure adherence to local regulations, laws, and industry standards in India.
  • Regularly review changes in legislation and ensure organizational compliance.
  • Conduct periodic audits and assessments across departments.
  • Identify potential areas of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement internal compliance policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or risk management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks in India and excellent communication skills. They should be able to handle sensitive information with discretion and possess high attention to detail and organizational skills.
