Job Title: Compliance Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable professional to manage end-to-end operations related to Provident Fund (PF) for multiple clients.

  • Manage EPF challan generation processes
  • Handle reconciliation of PF-related accounts and transactions
  • Respond to PF-related queries and ensure timely resolution
  • Perform accurate calculation of Employee Provident Fund contributions
  • Conduct quality control (QC) checks for PF operations
  • Prepare and file statutory reports
  • Ensure all employee queries are answered within specified timelines

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the PF Act and related statutory compliance, with experience in handling large employee bases and client portfolios. Required skills include 2+ years of experience in PF Trust & payroll operations, strong knowledge of EPF Act and allied statutory laws, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work with large volumes of data and multiple client accounts, and detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

To excel in this role, you should be able to analyze complex data sets, identify trends and patterns, and develop creative solutions to resolve issues. You will also need to possess excellent time management skills, as you will be working on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

In addition to your technical skills, you should be able to communicate effectively with employees at all levels, provide clear guidance and training, and foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
