The Virtual Relationship Manager is a crucial position within our organization, responsible for establishing and maintaining robust virtual relationships with assigned partners.
- Partner Engagement: Foster and sustain strong connections with mutual fund distributors through regular communication and engagement.
- Business Growth: Activate partners across mutual fund products and other offerings, identifying opportunities to drive business growth and revenue.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including operations, product, and customer service teams, to resolve partner issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Reporting and CRM: Maintain accurate records of partner interactions and business pipeline in CRM systems, providing weekly or monthly reports on partner activity.
- Effective Communication: Possess good communication skills in English and regional languages (e.g., Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi).
- Planning and Organization: Demonstrate planning and organization skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Sales and Influencing: Possess sales and influencing skills to effectively engage with partners.
- Strong Follow-up: Exhibit strong follow-up skills to ensure timely resolution of partner issues.
- Education: Hold a graduate or postgraduate degree in finance, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Possess 1-2 years of experience in the mutual fund, AMC, distribution business, or financial services industry.
- Prior Experience: Prior exposure to B2B partner business is an added advantage.
