Job Description:

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain relationships with current and potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers via phone calls, emails, or in-person meetings to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
  • Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and sales progress.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a business development role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
