About the Role

1. Develop and execute comprehensive dealer business plans to optimize sales performance. 2. Effectively manage forecasting and inventory management processes to ensure timely delivery of products. 3. Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement market development strategies. 4. Train and mentor sales teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. 5. Design and promote marketing incentive programs to drive sales growth. 6. Proactively identify and address inventory concerns to meet business objectives. 7. Demonstrate thought leadership in product knowledge and technical expertise. 8. Establish partnerships with farmers to collect and analyze performance data, informing seed product recommendations.
